: 0![]() How to Draw Comic Book Heroes and Villains (Christopher Hart Titles) Publisher: Watson-Guptill ( 1995-09-01 ) | 144 pages| 0823022455 |18 Mb Christopher Hart is practically a one-man publishing industry. He has written a variety of books about how to draw comic book superheroes, as well as books about how to draw funny cartoon animals. He does a fairly good job of explaining how to draw, but his own art is mediocre. There are a lot of other books on the market that are very similar to this one. I recommend Drawing Dynamic Comics by Andy Smith. Author: Byte | 7-02-2010, 21:02 |
: 0![]() RF Circuit Design: Theory and Applications Publisher: Prentice Hall ( 1999-11-30 ) | 500 pages| 0130953237 |21 Mb While the content of the book is quite good (for a beginner in RF), the fact that the book costs as much as the usual hardcover engineering textbooks, while it is only a paperback, with lower quality paper, is a big negative. This book will definitely not hold up well in your backpack throughout the course of a semester, unless if you take care of it really really well. Even if it does make it through the semester, just think how long you can use it as a reference, before the wear and tear destroys the book (in particular, the corners will start bending, then creases will appear, then the binding will become loose, then the cover will fall off, then pages will start ripping and falling out). : 0![]() Analog Circuit Design Publisher: Springer ( 1996-10-23 )| 424 pages| 0792397762 | 76 Mb This volume of Analog Circuit Design concentrates on three topics: MOST RF Circuits; Bandpass Delta-Sigma Converters; Translinear Circuits. The book comprises six papers on each topic written by internationally recognised experts. These papers are tutorial in nature and together make a substantial contribution to improving the design of analog circuits. The book is divided into three parts: Part I, MOST RF Circuits, demonstrates the viability of using CMOS for high-frequency communication applications. This renaissance in radio-frequency design is largely driven by the explosion of interest in telecommunications and several of the papers are specifically targeted to wireless communication applications. Part II, Bandpass Delta-Sigma Converters, describes the latest developments in analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters. These converters find applications in telecommunications, hearing aids and audio systems, #5: E-Books : Origami: Wild Animals

: 0![]() Origami: Wild Animals Publisher: Dover Publications ( 2004-07 ) |48 pages| 0486439704 |11 Mb Having not heard of this book and being unable to find out anything about it, I took the risk and ordered it (after all, the price was low enough that I was risking very little). I was expecting something along the lines of Montroll's smaller, staple-bound books (i.e. BIRDS IN ORIGAMI, FAVORITE ANIMALS IN ORIGAMI, or even ORIGAMI AMERICAN STYLE). What I found was something different. This is a partial reprint from John Montroll's ORIGAMI FOR THE ENTHUSIAST and ANIMAL ORIGAMI FOR THE ENTHUSIAST Author: Lover | 7-02-2010, 21:01 |
